Lesley has traveled extensively worldwide, finally choosing to settle in the Tarn 
in South West France where she has lived for the past 21 years.
She spent several years working with the tourist office which not only gave her a wide knowledge of the area, but a contact with visitors from abroad who wanted to buy property in South France and an insight into the problems they encountered.
After many years of advising, accompanying buyers to estate agents and notaries, interpreting, arranging schooling and generally giving a helping hand, Lesley decided to put her experiences to use and Tarn Property Services was created.
Lesley works independently as a property finder in the Tarn. She specializes in property searches and offers a very personalized and caring service, based on personal experiences of being a stranger in a foreign land.
“I chose the Tarn area of France over others as the area is so varied and the locals were so friendly. I was not treated as a tourist nor an intruder, but taken in with open arms. The first couple of years were quite hard as I came to France with my very rusty school French, which lead to many amusing situations!
The ‘Tarnais’ have been really helpful to me, welcoming, ready to share their lifestyle and culture and learn about my English one. I really have been made to feel at home.
My offices are located between Castres, Albi and Gaillac in the medieval village of Lautrec in the Tarn, where I now live.
