Property Management in the Tarn

We will visit the site to discuss your project with you, organize plans, help to obtain planning permission and an engineer or architect if needed, and obtain the necessary quotes.

	Liaison with trades persons
	We will liaise between you and the trade person to avoid any misunderstandings concerning the work you would like carried out.

	We will go through "le devis" with you so as you know exactly what you are being quoted for.
		Subject to distance, we can oversee your project in your absence. From having your telephone installed to renovating your chateau, we are on hand to help.

Project management is either calculated on an hourly rate or a percentage basis which can vary depending on the size and complexity of the work.

It generally works out that our client requires several services some of which are quick to deal with but others can be complicated and take time.
