Four options to finding your French home
Option 1. Exclusive Property Search - unlimited choice
If you do not want to waste your valuable time, are not sure of your linguistic capabilities, need a representative in whom you can trust to look after your interests, this is the solution for you.
On an exclusive property search we concentrate 100% on your needs and invest in an extensive, in-depth search on your behalf. We contact all agencies, contact notaries in your chosen area, search through local newspapers and act as interpret and intermediary in private sales.
We work closely with you and only forward you properties that meet your requirements. If a property interests you, we will personally visit with the agency involved and send you a portfolio which includes photos of all aspects, a small video and a written report giving our honest and unbiased opinion of the property's condition and suitability.
We stay in constant contact with you, and acting as an intermediary, co-ordinate your visits with the sellers involved, help you in negotiating the best price, accompany you to the notary to interpret for all signings and help you to organise basic amenities when you are here. There is obviously, for an extensive service of this quality, a fee.
As we do not receive any remuneration from any third party, we work for our clients on a fee basis.
Our charges are 5000€, with a down payment of 1000€.

Option 2. Proposals
We keep our finger on the pulse of the property market in the area. If you are seriously looking to buy, send us an enquiry form and we will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail.
If you don't want to invest in our personalised property search service, we can, with your accord, pass your requirements on to a reputable agency and put you in contact with them.
This service is free of charge however, it does not guarantee you such a wide choice.
Option 3. South France Property Viewing Service
If you see a property advertised but are not sure whether it is worth going to the expense of coming over to France to visit, we will preview the property and report back to you the same day of the viewing.
We will put together a portfolio which includes a written report giving our honest and unbiased opinion of the property, photos taken of all aspects and a small video.
We charge 350€ for property viewing in the Tarn or bordering the Tarn. Properties viewed further a field will have an additional mileage charge and be quoted for on demand. South France Viewing Service
Option 4. Rental Search
For those who would like to come over to France and rent a property, TPS is available to assist with a rental search.
For a rental search, itemized below, we charge a fully inclusive fee of 1500€.
