Protect yourself from misleading property sale advertisements!
Real estate adverts can be very misleading. Photos, of which there are never enough, may only show the better aspects or, not show the property in its best light resulting in missing a really nice sale.
Below is an example of a property advertsed onthe internet which we traveled 200kms to see.
The view was taken from a different angle in the neighbour's garden!
So....if you have seen a 'Tarn property for Sale' or 'French Property Sale' advertised and would like to know whether it is really worth a visit before going to the expense of coming to France, we will sound it out for you.
