TPS work with a network of professional and reliable Tarn trade persons. In order to give an efficient service, and survey project works effectively, we limit our radius of project management in the Tarn.
We will visit the site to discuss your project, organize plans, help to obtain planning permission, put you in touch with an engineer or architect if needed, and obtain the necessary quotes.
Liaison with trades persons
We will liaise between you and the trade person to avoid any misunderstandings concerning the work you would like carried out. We will go through "le devis" with you so as you know what you are being quoted for.
Subject to distance, we can oversee your project in your absence.

Fees
Project management fees vary depending on the size and complexity of the work.
It generally works out that our client requires several services some of which are quick to deal with but others can be complicated and take time.
