We do not like to put a time limit on the duration of our property searches, our aim is not to push but to find you what you want. We as buyer's agents work for the buyer not the seller.

As soon as your initial enquiry is received, we will ring you to discuss your requirements. Once we have established what you are looking for, your property search begins.

We stay in constant contact with you during your property search as to progress, advise and guide you throughout.

  • We search for sales in all estate agents, contact the notary and consult local announcements in newspapers
  • We set up a personal, private web page and map on our site, showing situation, photos and commentary on each property we find that may be suitable for you.  Your personal page is accessible to you 24h / 24h enabling you to monitor search progress
  • Should a proposed property interest you, acting on your instructions, we personally visit.  We supply you with a portfolio containing a written report on the condition and situation, photos of the interior and exterior showing all aspects of the property and a small video. The portfolio is placed on your private web page without delay.
  • If a property is what you are looking for and you wish to view, we arrange your itinerary of visits, accompany you to view and interpret on your behalf
  • Should you wish to make an offer on a property, we know the property market in the region and will negotiate on your behalf
  • We can, if desired, book your chosen accommodation for the duration of your stay
  • We accompany you to the notary for the signing of the "sous-seing privé" and the "acte authentique"
  • We help with the opening of a French bank account and to arrange house insurance
  • Once your purchase is finalized, we help you settle in & are on hand to advise you with problems you may encounter when here.
