• We set up a personal, private web page and map on our site, on which details and photos of available rental accommodation are placed for you to choose from, (accessible to you 24h / 24h).

• Should a property interest you, acting on your instructions, we arrange an itinerary of visits, accompany you to view, interpret and liaise on your behalf. If required we can book your chosen accommodation for the duration of your visit.

• We help with the opening of a French bank account and to arrange house insurance.

• We accompany you for the signing of the "bail" and the reception of the keys and help you with the inventory.

• We will take over the preliminary mundane tasks such as, electricity/telephone connections, heating, water, post etc are on hand to advise you with problems you may encounter when here.
